Sir James Ibbetson, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Henry Ibbetson, 1st Bt. and Isabella Carr.1 He married Jane Caygill, daughter of John Caygill and Jane Selwyn, in 1768.1 He died on 4 September 1795.1
