Reverend Edward Coleridge was born on 11 May 1800.1 He was the son of James Coleridge and Frances Taylor.2 He married, firstly, Mary Keate, daughter of Reverend John Keate, on 3 August 1826.1 He married, secondly, Mary Caroline Bevan, daughter of Reverend George Jones Bevan, on 4 September 1862.1 He died on 18 May 1883 at age 83.1
