     Major Sir Edward Alexander Henry Legge-Bourke was born on 16 May 1914.1 He was the son of Lieutenant Nigel Walter Legge-Bourke and Lady Victoria Alexandrina Wynn-Carington.1 He married Catherine Jean Grant, daughter of Colonel Sir Arthur Grant of Monymusk, 10th Bt., on 10 June 1938.1 He died on 21 May 1973 at age 59.1
