     John Colquhoun is the son of Alexander Colquhoun and Annabella Stewart.2 He married Elizabeth Anderson, daughter of Andrew Anderson.1
     John Colquhoun lived at Tilliquhoun, Scotland.1 In 1718 as heir of the 1st Baronet of 1625, he assumed the title even though his right had been barred by the regrant of 1704.1

     Humphrey Colquhoun was the son of John Colquhoun and Elizabeth Anderson.2 He died on 19 August 1722, unmarried.1
     He also assumed the baronetcy of 1625 in the same fashion as his father.1 He lived at Tilliquhoun, Scotland.1
