     James Colquhoun is the son of Alexander Colquhoun and Annabella Stewart.2 He married Elizabeth Colquhoun, daughter of John Colquhoun of Auchintarlie.1
     James Colquhoun gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 3rd Foot Guards.1

     Colonel George Colquhoun was the son of James Colquhoun and Elizabeth Colquhoun.2 He married, firstly, Rebecca Jones, daughter of William Jones, on 7 January 1751.1 He married, secondly, Charlotte Barclay, daughter of David Barclay, in 1777.1 He died in 1785.1
     Colonel George Colquhoun gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the States General Army (Netherlands).1 In 1722 he incorrectly assumed the 1625 barontecy on death of his cousin Humphrey.1 He lived at Tilliquhoun, Scotland.1

     Rebecca Jones was the daughter of William Jones.2 She married Colonel George Colquhoun, son of James Colquhoun and Elizabeth Colquhoun, on 7 January 1751.1 She died, without surviving male issue.1
     From 7 January 1751, her married name became Colquhoun.1

     James Colquhoun was the son of Colonel George Colquhoun and Charlotte Barclay.2 He died in 1799, unmarried.1

     Robert David Colquhoun was born posthumously in 1786.1 He was the son of Colonel George Colquhoun and Charlotte Barclay.2 He married Anna Maria Colvin, daughter of James Colvin, in February 1822.1 He died on 2 June 1838, without issue.1
     Robert David Colquhoun lived at Tilliquhoun, Scotland.1 In 1812 he incorrectly assumed the 1625 barontecy.1 He gained the rank of Brevet Major in the service of the Bengal Army.1
