     Frances Williams was born circa 1654 at Penrhyn, Caernarvonshire, Wales.1 She was the daughter of Sir Robert Williams, 2nd Bt. and Frances Glynne.1 She was also reported to have been married on 4 March 1672 at St. Peters, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, Wales.1 She married Edward Russell on 6 October 1689.1 She married Robert Lloyd on 4 November 1675.2 She died on 30 June 1714.1
      From 4 March 1675, her married name became Lloyd.
