     Wallis Colthurst is the son of John Colthurst and Mahetabel Wallis.2 He married Helena Wallis, daughter of unknown Wallis.1
     He lived at Carrigrohane Castle, County Cork, IrelandG.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of County Cork in 1761.1

     Sir John Conway Colthurst, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir John Conway Colthurst, 1st Bt. and Lady Charlotte FitzMaurice.2 He died on 15 February 1787, killed in a duel by Dominick Trant, unmarried.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Colthurst, of Ardum, co. Cork [I., 1744] on 19 September 1775.1

     Harriet La Touche is the daughter of Rt. Hon. David La Touche.1 She married, firstly, Sir Nicholas Colthurst, 3rd Bt., son of Sir John Conway Colthurst, 1st Bt. and Lady Charlotte FitzMaurice, on 8 May 1788.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Gen. unknown Gray in 1798.1
     From 8 May 1788, her married name became Colthurst. From 1798, her married name became Gray.1

Sir Nicholas Conway Colthurst, 4th Bt.1

     Sir Nicholas Conway Colthurst, 4th Bt. was born in January 1789.1 He was the son of Sir Nicholas Colthurst, 3rd Bt. and Harriet La Touche.2 He married Elizabeth Vesey, daughter of Colonel George Vesey and Emily La Touche, on 11 November 1819.1 He died on 22 June 1829 at age 40.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Colthurst, of Ardum, co. Cork [I., 1744] in July 1795.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 68th Foot.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for the City of Cork between 1812 and 1829.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Cork Militia.1
