     From 25 June 1810, her married name became Cotton.

     Rt. Rev. George Edward Lynch Cotton was born on 29 October 1813.¹ He was the son of Thomas Davenant Cotton and Mary Burnley.² He married Sophia Ann Tomkinson, daughter of Reverend Henry Tomkinson, on 26 June 1845.¹ He died on 6 October 1866 at age 52.¹
     Rt. Rev. George Edward Lynch Cotton held the office of Bishop of Calcutta.¹

     Dorothy Lynch Cotton-Jodrell was the daughter of Colonel Sir Edward Thomas Davenant Cotton-Jodrell and Mary Rennell Coleridge.² She married Lt.-Col. Henry Ramsden-Jodrell, son of John Charles Francis Ramsden, on 3 June 1902.¹ She died on 24 April 1958.¹
     Dorothy Lynch Cotton-Jodrell held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Derbyshire.¹ From 3 June 1902, her married name became Ramsden. She was invested as a Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1920.¹ From 15 March 1920, her married name became Ramsden-Jodrell.¹

     Lt.-Col. Henry Ramsden-Jodrell was born on 14 March 1871.² He was the son of John Charles Francis Ramsden.¹ He married Dorothy Lynch Cotton-Jodrell, daughter of Colonel Sir Edward Thomas Davenant Cotton-Jodrell and Mary Rennell Coleridge, on 3 June 1902.¹ He died on 3 September 1950 at age 79.²
     Lt.-Col. Henry Ramsden-Jodrell was baptised with the name of Henry Ramsden.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the Royal Artillery.¹ He was invested as a Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1917.¹ On 15 March 1920 his name was legally changed to Henry Ramsden-Jodrell by Royal licence.²
