     He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the service of the Royal Scots Guards.2 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Holland [U.K., 1917] in 1981.2
