     Laura Gertrude Massy was the daughter of Reverend Xavier Peel Massy and Harriet Emily Hurlstone.2 She married, firstly, Harold MacFarlane, son of William Alexander MacFarlane, on 5 August 1903.1 She married, secondly, Philip Peveril John Wodehouse, son of Henry Ernest Wodehouse and Eleanor Deane, on 6 October 1920.3 She died on 2 February 1959.3
     From 5 August 1903, her married name became MacFarlane. From 6 October 1920, her married name became Wodehouse.3
