     George Eustace Cooke-Yarborough was born on 12 January 1876.1 He was the son of George Bryan Cooke-Yarborough and Mary Elizabeth Parker.2 He married Daphne Isabel Wrinch, daughter of Henry Cordy Wrinch, on 5 August 1914.1 He died on 12 May 1938 at age 62.1
     George Eustace Cooke-Yarborough was admitted to Inner Temple entitled to practice as a barrister.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He was chairman of the West Riding Quarter Sessions at Doncaster, Yorkshire, England.1 He lived at Campsmount, Yorkshire, England.1

     From 5 August 1914, her married name became Cooke-Yarborough.1 From 6 July 1950, her married name became Mincer.1
