     Samuel George Lidstone was born in 1900 at Lambeth, Surrey, England.1 He was the son of Samuel George Lidstone and Frances Mary Whitney.1 He married Winifred Mary Keele, daughter of Dr. David Keele, in 1926.1 He died in 1967 at Sutton, Surrey, England.1
