     Colonel Ralph Stewart Stewart-Wilson, 11th of Balnakeilly was born on 26 January 1923.1 He is the son of Aubyn Harold Raymond Wilson and Muriel Athelstan Hood Stewart-Stevens, 10th of Balnakeilly.1 He married Rosalind Stedall, daughter of Colonel H. S. O. P. Stedall, on 4 October 1949.1
     Colonel Ralph Stewart Stewart-Wilson, 11th of Balnakeilly was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the Rifle Brigade.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Atholl Highlanders.1 He gained the rank of officer in the service of the 60th Rifles.1 He was decorated with the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1944.1 He was Commanding Officer of the 1st Battalion, Staffordshire Regiment between 1964 and 1966.1 He was admitted to Royal Company of Archers.1
