     Thomas Belhaven Henry Cochrane was born on 24 November 1856.1 He was the son of Admiral Sir Thomas John Cochrane and Rosetta Wheeler-Cuffe.2 He married, firstly, Lady Adela Rous, daughter of John Edward Cornwallis Rous, 2nd Earl of Stradbroke, on 19 February 1887.1 He married, secondly, Beatrice Knight, daughter of William H. Knight, in 1911.1 He died on 31 March 1925 at age 68.1
     Thomas Belhaven Henry Cochrane gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He held the office of Deputy Governor of the Isle of Wight between 1899 and 1910.1 He was invested as a Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1904.1

     Lady Adela Rous was the daughter of John Edward Cornwallis Rous, 2nd Earl of Stradbroke.2 She married Thomas Belhaven Henry Cochrane, son of Admiral Sir Thomas John Cochrane and Rosetta Wheeler-Cuffe, on 19 February 1887.1 She died on 18 May 1911, without issue.1

     Vivien Mary Grisell Cochrane was born on 31 July 1939.1 She was the daughter of John Cochrane and Jocelyn Mary Robins.2 She married Anthony Cortlandt Richard Chappell on 28 September 1962.1 She died on 10 June 2008 at age 68.3
     From 28 September 1962, her married name became Chappell. She lived in 2003 at Croxton House, Fullmodeston, Norfolk, England.1
