     Mary Burn was born circa 1916.2 She was the daughter of John Burn.1 She married Archibald David Kennedy, 7th Marquess of Ailsa, son of Angus Kennedy, 6th Marquess of Ailsa and Gertrude Millicent Cooper, on 7 April 1954.1 She died circa 21 August 2007.2
      Her married name became Kennedy. As a result of her marriage, Mary Burn was styled as Marchioness of Ailsa on 31 May 1957. She lived in 1999 at Cassillis, Maybole, Ayrshire, Scotland.3

     Archibald Angus Charles Kennedy, 8th Marquess of Ailsa was born on 13 September 1956.1 He is the son of Archibald David Kennedy, 7th Marquess of Ailsa and Mary Burn.1 He married Dawn Leslie Anne Keen, daughter of David A. Keen, in 1979.1 He and Dawn Leslie Anne Keen were divorced in 1989.1
     He succeeded to the title of 21st Lord Kennedy [S., 1458] on 7 April 1994. He succeeded to the title of 8th Marquess of Ailsa, of the Isle of Ailsa, co. Ayr [U.K., 1831] on 7 April 1994.1 He succeeded to the title of 8th Baron Ailsa, of Ailsa, co. Ayr [U.K., 1806] on 7 April 1994. He succeeded to the title of 19th Earl of Cassillis [S., 1509] on 7 April 1994. He lived at Cassillis, Maybole, Ayrshire, Scotland.2

     Lady Priscilla Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby was born on 29 October 1909.2 She was the daughter of Gilbert Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, 2nd Earl of Ancaster and Eloise Lawrence Breese.1 She married Colonel Sir John Renton Aird, 3rd Bt., son of Major Sir John Aird, 2nd Bt. and Alicia Ellen Renton, on 26 April 1939.1 She died in December 2002 at age 93.2
      Her married name became Aird. She lived in 2002 at Wingrove House, Chipping, Campden, Gloucestershire, England.1

     Sir George John Aird, 4th Bt. was born on 30 January 1940.1 He is the son of Colonel Sir John Renton Aird, 3rd Bt. and Lady Priscilla Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby.1 He married Margaret Elizabeth Muir, daughter of Sir John Harling Muir, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Mary Dundas, on 31 August 1968.1
      Sir George John Aird, 4th Bt. usually went by his middle name of John.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He held the office of Page of Honour to HM Queen Elizabeth II between 1955 and 1957.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He graduated from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A., with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.).1 He was registered as a Member, Institute of Civil Engineers (M.I.C.E.) in 1966.1 He was chairman and managing director of Sir John Aird and Company Ltd. between 1969 and 1996.1 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Aird, of Hyde Park Terrace, Paddington, London [U.K., 1901] on 20 November 1973.1 He was chairman of MATCON in 1981.1 He lived in 2003 at Grange Farm, Evenlode, Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, England.1

     Sir John Harling Muir, 3rd Bt. was born on 7 November 1910.2 He was the son of James Finlay Muir and Charlotte Escudier Turner.2 He married Elizabeth Mary Dundas, daughter of Frederick James Dundas and Sylvia Mary March Phillipps, on 24 October 1936.2 He died in 1994.2
     He lived Deanston.2 He was educated Stowe.2 He was Major and Actg Lieutenant-Colonel Staff and 25th Dragoons and 3rd Carabiniers WW II, memb Royal County Archers, chairman James Finlay & Co, dir Scottish Utd Investors, National and Grindlays Bank, London and Lancashire Insur, Royal Insur, Vickers.2 He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Muir. He was Territorial Decoration (T.D.).2 He was Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) (Perthshire ) in 1966.2
