     Reverend William Watkyns Deering was born circa 1820 at St. Andrews, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2 He married Elizabeth Adams on 18 November 1841 at St. Andrews, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2 He died on 31 August 1870.2
     He graduated with a Masters of Arts (M.A.).1

     Clara Elizabeth Charlotte Adams was born on 26 December 1873 at Shercock, County Cavan, Ireland.1,2 She was the daughter of Ambrose Going Adams and Anne Jane Foster Deering.1 She married Frederick Foster McClintock, son of Alfred Henry McClintock, on 6 June 1893.1 She died on 19 February 1951 at age 77.1
      From 6 June 1893, her married name became McClintock.1
