Reverend John Aldworth was born on 28 December 1800.1 He was the son of Robert Rogers Aldworth and Elizabeth Oliver.1 He married, firstly, Anne Oliver, daughter of Charles Deanne Oliver, on 5 May 1826.1 He married, secondly, Mary Jackson, daughter of William Jackson and Jane Hyde, on 10 June 1847.2
