     Christopher Patrick Barnewall, 17th Baron Trimlestown was born on 6 October 1846.2 He is the son of Charles Barnewall and Letitia Aylmer.1 He died on 10 September 1891 at age 44, unmarried.2
     He succeeded as the 17th Baron Trimlestown, of Trimlestown, co. Meath [I., 1461] on 4 August 1879.2
