     Henry Lambert was baptised on 29 January 1805 at Old Ross, Carmagh, County Wexford, Ireland.1 He was born illegitimately.1 He was the son of Henry Lambert and Mary Walsh.1 He married Anne Elizabeth Spencer, daughter of Joseph Spencer and Anne Weir, on 12 May 1850 at Trinity Church, Paddington, London, England.1 He died on 18 February 1879 at age 74 at London, England.1
     He was Assistant Inspector-General of HM Customs in 1878 at England.1

     From 12 May 1850, her married name became Lambert.1

     Ogden Livingston Mills is the son of Ogden Mills and Ruth Livingston.1 He married, firstly, Margaret Stuyvesant Rutherford, daughter of Lewis M. Rutherford and Anne Harriman, on 20 September 1911.3 He and Margaret Stuyvesant Rutherford were divorced in 1919.3 He married, secondly, Dorothy Randolph on 2 September 1924.3
     He held the office of Secretary of the Treasury [U.S.].1
