     Lieutenant Alexander Donald Milles Murray was born on 6 April 1925.1 He was the son of Colonel Cyril Alexander George Octavius Murray and Marjorie Lilias Milles.2 He died in September 1944 at age 19 at The Netherlands, killed in action.1
     Lieutenant Alexander Donald Milles Murray gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the King's Own Scottish Borderers (1st Airborne Division).1 He fought in the Second World War.1
