     Henrietta Preston was the daughter of Eyre William Preston.¹ She married Rt. Rev. Mervyn Archdall, son of Lieutenant William Frederick Archdall and Elizabeth Henry, on 21 January 1863.¹ She died on 11 May 1903.¹
     From 21 January 1863, her married name became Archdall.¹

     Alice Sheridan Hamilton was the daughter of Robert L. Hamilton.¹ She married Reverend Mervyn Archdale, son of Rt. Rev. Mervyn Archdall and Henrietta Preston, on 21 April 1897.¹ She died on 21 December 1950.¹
     From 21 April 1897, her married name became Archdale.¹

     Thomas Alan Cairnes Carson was the son of William Burton Carson.¹ He married Alice Hamilton Archdale, daughter of Reverend Mervyn Archdale and Alice Sheridan Hamilton, on 24 April 1930, they were the parents of one son.¹ He died on 21 March 1974.¹
