     Richard Aylmer was born in 1788.1 He was the son of Michael Aylmer and Frances Amelia Hornidge.1 He died unmarried.1
     Richard Aylmer was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.1

     Martha Hornidge was the daughter of Major Richard Hornidge.1 She married John Aylmer, son of Michael Aylmer and Frances Amelia Hornidge, on 21 August 1813, they were cousins.1 She died before 1828.1
     From 21 August 1813, her married name became Aylmer.1
