     Robert Westley Hall-Dare was born on 21 January 1817.2 He was the son of Robert Westley Hall-Dare and Elizabeth Grafton.2 He married Frances Anne Catharine Lambart, daughter of Gustavus Lambart and Anna Butler Stevenson, on 18 April 1839.3 He died on 23 April 1866 at age 49.3
