Derrick Arthur Hall-Dare was born on 4 December 1900.1 He was the son of Arthur Mildmay Hall-Dare and Edith Clare Fitzherbert.2,1 He married, firstly, Olive Mary Bishop, daughter of Herbert Henry Bishop and Mabel Alice Wade, on 22 January 1927.1 He married, secondly, Veronica Maud Pomeroy Colley, daughter of George Pomeroy Arthur Colley and Edith Maud Olivia Finlay, on 2 December 1972.1 He died in January 1985 at age 84 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.3
