     Hon. Reginald Henry Flower was born on 15 June 1871.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Robert Thomas Flower, 8th Viscount Ashbrook and Gertrude Sophia Hamilton.1 He married Katherine Ella Cumming, daughter of Colonel Edward William Cumming, on 10 May 1901.1 He died on 6 February 1938 at age 66.1

     Katherine Ella Cumming was the daughter of Colonel Edward William Cumming.1 She married Hon. Reginald Henry Flower, son of Lt.-Col. Robert Thomas Flower, 8th Viscount Ashbrook and Gertrude Sophia Hamilton, on 10 May 1901.1 She died on 14 November 1957.1
     Katherine Ella Cumming also went by the nick-name of Kate.1 From 10 May 1901, her married name became Flower.1
