     From 8 March 1883, her married name became Ricketts.2

     George Henry Mildmay Ricketts was born on 20 June 1827 at Calcutta, Bengal, India.2 He was the son of Sir Henry Ricketts and Jane Wallace Carpenter.2 He married, firstly, Charlotte Anne Gough, daughter of Percy Jocelyn Gough and Catherine Fanny Langley, in 1862.2 He married, secondly, Emily Isabella Clive Bayley, daughter of Sir Edward Clive Bayley and Emily Anne Theophilia Metcalfe, on 8 March 1883 at Savoy Chapel, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 16 June 1914 at age 86 at Twyford, Hampshire, England.2
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.2 He was educated at Haileybury College, Haileybury, Hertfordshire, England.2 He was with the Bengal Civil Service between 1847 and 1853.2 He was with the Punjab Civil Service between 1853 and 1879.2 He was Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana in 1857.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) on 18 May 1860.1 He was Member of the Board of Revenue, North West Provinces.2 He lived at Foulis Court, Colden Common, East Leigh, Hampshire, England.2

     He gained the rank of Major in the 3rd Battalion, 3rd Sikh Pioneers, Indian Army.2
