     Reverend George Biscoe Oldfield was born on 13 November 1840 at Calcutta, India.2 He was the son of Henry Swann Oldfield and Letitia (?).1,2 He was baptised on 8 February 1841.2 He married, firstly, Henrietta Elizabeth Bayley, daughter of William Henry Bayley and Henrietta Ottley, on 14 November 1865.1 He married, secondly, Edith Radcliffe, daughter of Reverend William Coxe Radcliffe, in 1874 at Tisbury, Wiltshire, England.2
     He was the Rector at Berwick St. Leonard, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1
