Nicholas Biddulph was born in 1803.1 He was the son of Francis Biddulph and Mary Steele.1 He married, firstly, Catherine Lucas, daughter of Reverend Edward Lucas and Elizabeth Anne Clements, in 1833.1 He married, secondly, Isabella La Touche, daughter of James Digges La Touche and Isabella Cotter, in 1839.1 He died on 5 April 1888.1
