William Blacker was the son of Lt.-Col. George Blacker and Rose Latham.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Stewart, daughter of Colonel Hon. Robert Stewart, circa 1666.1 He married, secondly, Hannah Lawrence.1 He married, thirdly, Theodosia St. John, daughter of Oliver St. John.1 He died in 1732.1
