Lachlan Ronald Duncan Mackintosh, 30th of Mackintosh was born on 27 June 1928.2 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Lachland Donald Mackintosh, 29th of Mackintosh and Margaret Elisabeth Darroch.2 He married Mabel Cecilia Helen Bruce, daughter of Captain Hon. John Bernard Bruce and Helen Rachel Rawstorne, on 10 February 1962.1 He died on 26 December 1995 at age 67.1
