     Margaret Bennett was the daughter of Edmund Grove Bennett.1 She married Venerable Richard Mervyn Cole-Hamilton, son of Reverend Arthur Henry Cole-Hamilton and Harriet Elizabeth Tisdall, on 12 October 1911.1 She died on 29 July 1954.1
     Margaret Bennett held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 From 12 October 1911, her married name became Cole-Hamilton.

     Major Richard Arthur Cole-Hamilton was born on 24 October 1912.1 He was the son of Venerable Richard Mervyn Cole-Hamilton and Margaret Bennett.1 He married Ruth Kathleen Betty Parker, daughter of Sir William Lorenzo Parker, 3rd Bt., on 9 August 1947.1 He died in 1992.1
     Major Richard Arthur Cole-Hamilton was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.1 He graduated from Worcester College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1935 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the Cameronians (Territorial Army).1 He was Second Master at Fettes College, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1
