     James Franklin Bland was born on 24 January 1799.1 He was the son of Francis Christopher Bland and Lucinda Herbert.1 He married Emma Taylor, daughter of Major Joseph Taylor, on 27 December 1825.1 He died on 6 March 1863 at age 64.1
     James Franklin Bland held the office of High Sheriff in 1835.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 He lived at Derriquin Castle, Kilcrohane, County Kerry, Ireland.1

     Francis Diana Bland was the daughter of Francis Christopher Bland and Lucinda Herbert.1 She married Thomas Harnett Fuller on 3 December 1832, they were the parents of one son and two daughters.1 She died in 1872.1
     From 3 December 1832, her married name became Fuller.1
