     Captain Henry Archibald Forster Bland was born on 17 September 1907.1 He was the son of Francis Christopher Cecil Bland and Mary Green Uprichard.1 He married, firstly, Joan Helen Creagh, daughter of Major John Creagh and Mona Quick, on 23 February 1938.1 He married, secondly, Joyce Mary Davies, daughter of Sydney Hughes Davies, on 19 May 1962.1 He died on 14 June 1979 at age 71 at Leitrim, County Leitrim, Ireland.2
