     Cuthbert Blennerhassett was the son of Edward Blennerhassett.1
     Cuthbert Blennerhassett matriculated at Queens' College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1642.1 He was admitted to Gray's Inn in 1642.1

     William Blennerhassett was born in 1652.1 He was the son of Cuthbert Blennerhassett.1 He married Frances Musgrave, daughter of Sir Edward Musgrave, 1st Bt., in 1671/72.1 He died in 1687.1
     William Blennerhassett matriculated at Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1668.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Cumberland in 1678/79.1 He lived at Flimby, Maryport, Cumberland, England.1

     Frances Musgrave was the daughter of Sir Edward Musgrave, 1st Bt..1 She married William Blennerhassett, son of Cuthbert Blennerhassett, in 1671/72.1
     From 1671/72, her married name became Blennerhassett.1

     William Blennerhassett was the son of William Blennerhassett and Frances Musgrave.1 He married Jane Wyvill, daughter of Timothy Wyvill, on 27 May 1723, with other issue.1
     William Blennerhassett sold Allonby, Maryport, Cumberland, England, in 1700.1 He lived at Flimby, Maryport, Cumberland, England.1

     Jane Wyvill was the daughter of Timothy Wyvill.1 She married William Blennerhassett, son of William Blennerhassett and Frances Musgrave, on 27 May 1723, with other issue.1 She died in 1746, aged 49.1
     From 27 May 1723, her married name became Blennerhassett.1

     William Blennerhassett was the son of William Blennerhassett and Jane Wyvill.1
     William Blennerhassett wrote the book Several Propositions, Rules, and Problems ... for a Discovery of Longitude.1 He sold Flimby Hall, Maryport, Cumberland, England, to Sir James Lowther, 6th (and last) Baronet, of Whitehaven for £6,450.1 He wrote the book A scheme for prevention of Robberies, published 1750.1 He wrote the book A New History of England, published 1751.1 He wrote the book The Universal and Eternal System, published 1752.1 He was a practising Attorney at London, Middlesex, England.1
