     John Blennerhassett was born on 15 June 1715.1 He was the son of Colonel John Blennerhassett and Jane Denny.1 He married, firstly, Anne Crosbie, daughter of Colonel William Crosbie and Isabella Smyth, on 21 February 1736.1 He married, secondly, Frances Herbert, daughter of Edward Herbert and Hon. Frances Browne, on 10 April 1753.2 He died in 1763.1
     He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1733.1 From 21 February 1736, his married name became Crosbie. He held the office of High Sheriff of County Kerry in 1740.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for County Kerry between 1751 and 1760.1 He lived at Ballyseedy, County Kerry, Ireland.2

     Anne Crosbie was the daughter of Colonel William Crosbie and Isabella Smyth.1,2 She married, firstly, John Leslie, son of James Leslie.1 She married, secondly, John Blennerhassett, son of Colonel John Blennerhassett and Jane Denny, on 21 February 1736.1
      Her married name became Leslie.1 From 21 February 1736, her married name became Blennerhassett.1

Colonel William Crosbie1

     Colonel William Crosbie was the son of Patrick Crosbie and Agnes Freke.2 He married Isabella Smyth, daughter of Richard Smyth.2 He died before 26 November 1743.2
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Army.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ardfert between 1713 and 1743.2 He lived at Tubrid, County Kerry, Ireland.1

John Leslie1

     John Leslie was the son of James Leslie.2 He married Anne Crosbie, daughter of Colonel William Crosbie and Isabella Smyth.1 He died before 21 February 1736, when his widow remarried.1
     He lived at Tarbert, Kilnaughtin, County Kerry, Ireland.1

Frances Herbert1

     Frances Herbert was the daughter of Edward Herbert and Hon. Frances Browne.2 She married John Blennerhassett, son of Colonel John Blennerhassett and Jane Denny, on 10 April 1753.1

     Frances Blennerhassett was the daughter of John Blennerhassett.1 She married Reverend Jemmett Browne on 2 October 1784.1 She died on 19 October 1824.1
      From 2 October 1784, her married name became Browne.1 She lived at Arabela, Ballymacelligott, County Kerry, Ireland, which she inherited from her cousin Arthur in 1810.1
