     Sir Thomas Denny was the son of Colonel Edward Denny and Lady Letitia Coningsby.2 He married Agnes Blennerhassett, daughter of Colonel John Blennerhassett and Jane Denny, on 13 November 1740.1 He died in 1761.1
     Sir Thomas Denny held the office of Deputy Governor of County Kerry.3 He held the office of Provost of Tralee.3 He was invested as a Knight in 1743.3 He was Colonel Regiment of Dragoons in 1745.3 He lived at Tralee Castle, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.1 He also had four sons, who all died without issue.3
