Sir Barry Denny, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir Barry Denny, 1st Bt. and Jane Denny.2 He married Anne Morgell, daughter of Crosbie Morgell, on 12 January 1794.1 He died on 20 October 1794, without issue.1

Kerry [I., 1782] in April 1794.1 He was about to be raised to the peerage as Baron Denmore when he died.1

Anne Morgell was the daughter of Crosbie Morgell.1 She married, firstly, Sir Barry Denny, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Barry Denny, 1st Bt. and Jane Denny, on 12 January 1794.1 She married, secondly, General Sir John Floyd, 1st Bt. on 29 July 1805.1 She died on 4 December 1844.1
