     William Terence Capell was born in 1921.1 He is the son of Terence Capell and Florence Penelope Whitham.1 He married Petronella Lewis, daughter of Major Peter Beale Lewis, in 1963.1
     William Terence Capell gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 11th Hussars.1

     Admiral Sir John Reginald Thomas Fullerton was invested as a Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.).1 He was invested as a Knight Grand Cross, Royal Victorian Order (G.C.V.O.).1
