Frances Margaret Palmer Howard was born on 13 February 1889.1 She was the daughter of Robert Jared Bliss Howard and Margaret Charlotte Smith, Baroness Strathcona and Mount Royal.1 She married Captain James Buller Kitson, son of Reverend John Buller Kitson, on 24 May 1913 at St. Mark's Church, North Audley Street, Mayfair, London, England.1,2 She died on 5 October 1958 at age 69.1
     From 24 May 1913, her married name became Kitson.1

     From 30 January 1948, her married name became Stewart-Bam.1
