     Major Henry Bingham Baring was born on 4 March 1804.1 He was the son of Henry Baring and Maria Matilda Bingham.1 He married, firstly, Lady Augusta Brudenell, daughter of Sir Robert Brudenell, 6th Earl of Cardigan and Penelope Anne Cooke, on 30 June 1827.1 He married, secondly, Marie de Martinoff in 1854.1 He died on 25 April 1869 at age 65.1
     Major Henry Bingham Baring held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Callington between 1831 and 1832.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Marlborough between 1832 and 1868.1 He held the office of Lord of the Treasury.1
