     Robert Walter Sigismund Grimston, 2nd Baron Grimston of Westbury was born on 14 June 1925.2 He was the son of Robert Villiers Grimston, 1st Baron Grimston of Westbury and Sybil Rose Neumann.2 He married Hon. June Mary Ponsonby, daughter of Hubert William Ponsonby, 5th Baron de Mauley of Canford and Elgiva Margaret Dundas, on 21 June 1949.2 He died on 16 June 2003 at age 78.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG, Eton.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He was a director of Hinton Hill and Coles between 1962 and 1983.2 He was chairman of Grays Inn (Underwriting Agency) Ltd between 1970 and 1988.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Grimston, of Westbury, co.
