     Lady Catherine Wemyss was the daughter of John Wemyss, 1st Earl of Wemyss.1 She married, firstly, David Carnegie, son of Hon. Sir John Carnegie and Jane Scrymgeour, on 28 December 1654.1 She married, secondly, Sir Andrew Ker of Greenland on 16 August 1664.1 She died on 24 February 1668, without issue.1
     From 28 December 1654, her married name became Carnegie.1 From 16 August 1664, her married name became Ker.1
