Matthew Fortescue and Henrietta Archer.2 He married, firstly, Isobel Barclay Christie, daughter of James Christie, on 6 February 1819.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Gould, daughter of Reverend Robert Freke Gould, on 18 February 1832.3 He died on 13 September 1856.3

     Archer Irvine-Fortescue was born on 12 December 1819.1 He was the son of Reverend William Fortescue and Isobel Barclay Christie.2 He married Anne Irvine Syme, daughter of Patrick Syme and unknown Irvine-Boswell, on 31 August 1848.1 He died on 7 February 1907 at age 87.1
