     Alfred Charles Festing-Smith was born in 1869.2 He married Hon. Esther Eleanor de Courcy, daughter of Michael Constantine de Courcy, 26th Lord Kingsale and Emily Frances Anne de Courcy, on 27 February 1900.1 He died on 25 September 1908.1
     He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Surgeons of England (L.R.C.S.)1 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.)1

     He gained the rank of Captain in the Indian Army Reserve.1

Michael William Robert de Courcy, 27th Lord Kingsale, son of Michael Constantine de Courcy, 26th Lord Kingsale and Emily Frances Anne de Courcy, on 15 November 1906.1 She died on 12 August 1946.1
     From 15 November 1906, her married name became de Courcy.

     Lt.-Cdr. Hon. Michael John Rancé de Courcy was born on 30 September 1907.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Michael William Robert de Courcy, 27th Lord Kingsale and Constance Mary Rancé Woodhouse.2 He married, firstly, Glory Elizabeth Evans, daughter of Engr.-Cdr. Alfred Claremont Evans, on 31 August 1929.1 He and Glory Elizabeth Evans were divorced in 1933.1 He married, secondly, Joan Reid, daughter of Robert Reid, on 11 July 1936.1 He died on 18 August 1940 at age 32, killed by enemy action.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1
