Baldwin Giffard was the son of Roger Giffard and Mazra de Secheville.2 He died circa 1200.1
Baldwin Giffard lived at Clovelly, Devon, England.1 In 1196 he claimed with his cousins Jordan Dabernon and Margaret de Pilland, Prioress of Cannington, the Manor of Goodleigh in opposition to William Briewer, a close associate of King John, in right of his mother Mazra, as heir to her brother Henry de Secheville and her uncle, Gilbert de Albamara.1
