     Samuel Guinness was born in 1761.1 He was the son of Samuel Guinness and Sarah Jago.2 He married Mary Eccles.1 He died in 1826, without issue.1

Edward Frederick Leveson-Gower was born on 3 May 1819.1 He was the son of Sir Granville Leveson-Gower, 1st Earl Granville and Lady Harriet Elizabeth Cavendish.1 He married Lady Margaret Compton, daughter of Spencer Joshua Alwyne Compton, 2nd Marquess of Northampton and Margaret Douglas-Maclean-Clephane, on 1 June 1851.1 He died on 30 May 1907 at age 88.1
     Hon. Edward Frederick Leveson-Gower graduated from Christ Church College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was a practising barrister.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Stoke-upon-Trent between 1852 and 1857.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Surrey.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Surrey.1 He lived at Holmbury, Dorking, Surrey, England.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bodmin between 1859 and 1885.1
