Mary Elizabeth Ponsonby.2 He married, firstly, Lady Georgiana Elizabeth Charlotte Hervey, daughter of Frederick William Hervey, 1st Marquess of Bristol and Hon. Elizabeth Albana Upton, in July 1836.1 He married, secondly, Helen Mary Spalding, daughter of John Eden Spalding, on 11 April 1874.3 He died on 11 November 1895 at age 83.3
     Rev. Hon. John Grey graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was the Rector at Houghton-le-Spring, County Durham, England.3 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.).3 He held the office of Canon of Durham.1
