     Egerton Charles Grey was baptised on 10 July 1887.1 He was the son of Colonel Arthur Grey and Florence Intaglio Donlevy.2 He died on 10 August 1928 at age 41, without issue.1

     Helen Mary Spalding was the daughter of John Eden Spalding.1 She married Rev. Hon. John Grey, son of Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey and Hon. Mary Elizabeth Ponsonby, on 11 April 1874.1 She died on 24 December 1907.1 She was buried at Houghton Hillside Cemtery, Houghton-le-Spring, County Durham, England.2
     From 11 April 1874, her married name became Grey.1
