Sir Edward Hulse, 3rd Bt. was born on 17 August 1744.2 He was the son of Sir Edward Hulse, 2nd Bt. and Hannah Vanderplank.3 He married Mary Lethieullieur, daughter of Charles Lethieullieur, on 13 May 1769.2 He died on 30 September 1816 at age 72.2
He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).2 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Hulse [G.B., 1739] on 1 December 1800.2 He held the office of Sheriff of Hampshire between 1802 and 1803.2
