     Sir John Thomas, 5th Bt. was born on 6 July 1749.1 He was the son of Sir Edmond Thomas, 3rd Bt. and Abigail Webster.2 He married Mary Parker, daughter of John Parker, in 1782.1
     Sir John Thomas, 5th Bt. succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet Thomas, of Wenvoe, Glamorgan [E., 1694] in 1789.1

     Rev. Sir John Godfrey Thomas, 6th Bt. was born on 1 September 1784.3 He was the son of Sir John Thomas, 5th Bt. and Mary Parker.2 He married, firstly, Frances Ram, daughter of Stephen Ram, on 1 April 1808.3 He married Elizabeth Anne Vignoles, daughter of Reverend John Vignoles, on 10 March 1817.3 He died on 7 May 1841 at age 56.3
     Rev. Sir John Godfrey Thomas, 6th Bt. succeeded to the title of 6th Baronet Thomas, of Wenvoe, Glamorgan [E., 1694] on 14 December 1828.1 He was the Vicar at Wartling, Sussex, England.4 He was the Vicar at Bodiam, Sussex, England.3 He had three daughters by his first wife, who all died unmarried.3

     Rear-Admiral Frederick Jennings Thomas was born on 19 April 1786.1 He was the son of Sir John Thomas, 5th Bt. and Mary Parker.2 He married Susannah Atherley, daughter of Arthur Atherley, on 7 August 1816.1 He died on 19 December 1855 at age 69.1
     Rear-Admiral Frederick Jennings Thomas gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He had another daughter, who died unmarried.1

     Lt.-Gen. Sir John Wellesley Thomas was born on 22 May 1822.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Frederick Jennings Thomas and Susannah Atherley.2 He died on 6 February 1908 at age 85, unmarried.1
     Lt.-Gen. Sir John Wellesley Thomas gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the Hampshire Regiment.1 He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General.1

     Lt.-Col. Barclay Thomas was born on 1 April 1827.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Frederick Jennings Thomas and Susannah Atherley.2 He married Catherine Guild, daughter of William Guild, on 10 August 1853.1 He died on 12 December 1866 at age 39.1
     Lt.-Col. Barclay Thomas gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the service of the 27th Regiment.1
